The Morning After Pill

The Morning after Pill is a form of emergency contraception. It is known in various forms as Plan B® or Next Choice®, One Step® or ella®.

Emergency Contraception is any type of birth control used after unsafe sexual intercourse.

Plan B® is recommended to be used 72 hours after unsafe sex. Its makers say it is 84% effective when used properly.

You should first verify if you are even pregnant or if the pregnancy is viable.
